You can delete your Yakdo account and its data at any time, including accounts created with Kakao, Naver, Google or Apple.

Delete in the app or on the web

1. Sign in to the Yakdo app or yakdo.app.
2. In the app go to More > Delete account; on the web go to Account > Delete account.
3. Confirm and your account is deleted immediately (password accounts enter the password once more).

What is deleted

• Your ID, e-mail, nickname, password and social-login links. All app sign-in tokens are revoked, and for Apple accounts the “Sign in with Apple” link is revoked too.
• Health details you enter in “Check for my body” or “My supplements” are never stored on our servers — they stay on your phone or browser.
• Questions sent to “Ask AI” are kept without any link to you, so there is nothing tied to your account.

Deletion cannot be undone. Backups are removed when their retention period (up to 12 weeks) ends.

Can't sign in?

Send your sign-in method (e.g. Kakao) and nickname to [email protected] or through the contact form and we will delete it within 7 days after verifying you.
